The Kit
The Kit is 4 Notch sensors, breathable mesh straps, a t-shirt that holds the chest sensor, a charging station with a USB cord and a carrying pouch.
The price of the Kit includes the first year of the app. Shipping is free.

The app
The app runs on iPhone. It records your sets, scores every rep and keeps your history. Some of it works without the sensors, with a smaller set of features.

Returns and warranty

What the scores are
The scores and the written feedback are computed from the movement the sensors read. They are training feedback, not medical advice. If you are injured or under treatment, ask a doctor before you train.
